In booking an appointment online/over the phone or in person at Urban Eden beauty salon you are entering into an agreement with Urban Eden beauty salon Ltd to provide services for you. By accepting and agreeing to our cancellation policy as detailed below you agree to our terms.  Failure to comply with the policy will result in cancellation charges and possible refusal of future appointments.

1. Failure to provide 24 hrs notice for a cancellation will result in 50% cancellation  charge charged to your stored card or sent via payment link.

2. Failure to show for your appointment will result in 100% cancellation charge charged to your stored card or sent via payment link.

3. Failure to show for 2 appointments will result in 100% cancellation charge charged to your stored card. All future appointments will require FULL payment at the time of booking.

Lateness

Please provide me with as much notice as possible to allow me to plan for treatment changes, full treatment costs will apply and lateness of 5 minutes or more could result in cancellation of treatment at the clients cost.

I  understand things happen last minute and I will show discretion when appropriate but my decision is final.
